Shipping policy

Economy Shipping time is normally 3-15 business days. We do offer upgrades to ground, 2-day and overnight saver. Most of our products come with economy shipping but we do have a few products that get shipped via USPS first class (under a pound) or USPS priority (over a pound) but also offer upgrades to ground shipping. 

We can only see as much as you can with tracking once we hand it off to the transit service. If an item was moving but seems to have stalled please give it 10 business days before contacting us. Your best bet is to contact the transit service first. We have seen many times with these "stalled/lost" issues that after 10 days it just so happens to then have movement. Similar situation if it seems it hasn't been "scanned" yet please give us that amount of time. We very rarely have a package actually lost, we run more into it having delays within the transit system that are out of our control and have zero ability to see what is actually happening.
