REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZATION:

Because they are made to order and personalized specifically for you we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. Sales are final on these. However, if there is a discrepancy with print quality or name spelled incorrectly with the name properly being correctly online we will get you all situated and worked out to make sure you are taken care of. See below.

Print Quality Issue

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface and error clearly displayed.

We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.

Refunds & Exchanges

    What do I do if I received the wrong item?

    Please contact us at info@foryoulovealways.com with the exact details of the item you received. Please include a photo. We can not move forward unless we have photos attached. Someone from our customer support team will be happy to help straighten it out for you!

    Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges because all our products are made to order making no stock available to exchange. 

    Refunds: We do not normally issue refunds on non personalized items because we do not resell our inventory. If you no longer want your non personalized item then you would need to email in for a return authorization. We would then charge a restocking fee accordingly to the product. If there are any print defect issues or issues that were our fault then we will get you taken care of.
